EYReady Terms of Service

EYReady is a web-based platform designed to help early years settings in England prepare for Ofsted inspection. It is operated by EYReady Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17265243, whose registered office is at 12 Five Acres, Bicknacre, Essex, CM3 4NB.

By creating an account and using EYReady, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

To use EYReady you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the early years setting on whose behalf you are using the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that are found to be in breach of these terms.

EYReady offers a free trial period followed by a paid subscription. Full details of current pricing are displayed on the platform and at eyready.co.uk.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise EYReady Ltd to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected billing frequency until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. We will notify you by email before any price change affects your subscription.

New accounts are eligible for a free trial period as described on the platform at the time of sign-up. The trial activates automatically once all required setup steps have been completed.

At the end of the trial period, continued use of EYReady requires a paid subscription. You will be notified before your trial ends.

EYReady is provided for lawful use by early years settings operating in England. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

The AI-generated content produced by EYReady, including policy documents and curriculum descriptions, is provided as a starting point to support your own professional judgement. It is your responsibility to review all generated content for accuracy and suitability before using it in your setting.

EYReady does not guarantee that use of the platform will result in a particular Ofsted outcome.

The EYReady platform, including its design, software, and content, is owned by EYReady Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of it without our written permission.

Content you upload to EYReady, such as your own policy documents, remains your property. By uploading content you grant EYReady Ltd a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

EYReady Ltd provides the platform on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or any reliance placed on AI-generated content.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of EYReady will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
