EYReady Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed through the EYReady platform. Our company number is 17265243 and our registered address is 12 Five Acres, Bicknacre, Essex, CM3 4NB.

When you register for EYReady we collect your name, email address, and the name and details of your early years setting.

When you use the platform we collect information you enter, including fact find responses, policy documents you upload, curriculum descriptions, and details of your team members.

We collect payment information when you subscribe. This is processed directly by Stripe and we do not store your full card details.

We collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and usage data to help us operate and improve the platform.

We use your data to provide and improve the EYReady service, to process your subscription payments, to send you service-related communications, and to generate AI-assisted content tailored to your setting.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

We process your data on the basis of contract performance, where processing is necessary to deliver the EYReady service you have signed up for.

We process payment data on the basis of contract performance and our legitimate interest in operating a subscription business.

Where we send you marketing or product update communications, we rely on your consent or our legitimate interest, and you can opt out at any time.

We share your data with the following third party service providers who process it on our behalf:

Stripe, Inc. processes subscription payments. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS standards. You can read their privacy policy at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Supabase processes and stores platform data on our behalf, including your account information and the content you create on EYReady. Data is stored on servers within the European Economic Area.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days unless we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability.
